Verizon Lifeline Campaign
In 2018, Verizon faced backlash after first-responders to the California wildfires reported throttling of service. Swarms of negative press surrounded the telecommunications giant prompting a response from their PR department. Facing this real-time problem, our team came up with an effective way to prevent anything like this from happening again, while also developing an app in the process. The Lifeline campaign was created help first-responders so that they always respond first.
